DigiLEAD reaches everyday new coaches and professionals to strengthen their digital leadership skills. DigiLEAD consortium partners reached some Turkish football coaches and informed them abut the project and DigiLEAD platform.
Turkish football team coaches appreciated the idea of DigiLEAD and wanted to polish their digital skills via DigiLEAD e-learning platform. Among those coaches who hurried to subscribe the platform are: Bahaddin Güneş (İnegölspor HeadCoach), Bülent Akan (Erzincan Spor Head Coach), Barış Düzen (İnegölSpor Second Coach), Barış Yılmazer, and Süleyman Bilgin. More coaches mentioned their intention to register to the platform and improve their digital leadership skills.
“With a heavy schedule, it is sometimes very difficult to have time to build our own skills. But as the leaders we have the responsibility of being a role model and benefit all the instruments that may help us to improve the capacity and performance of our athletes. DigiLEAD collected a lot of data that may help us and presents it in multilanguage in such a beautiful wording and short videos. It seems a great platform to improve our skills. Thanks a lot to the project partners to prepare DigiLEAD, and European Commission to support such a beneficial project.” said one of the coaches.
