ATILIM TacticalTraining & MartialArts Organization, a global leader in providing tactical training and martial arts education, has announced that it will adopt the DigiLEAD online education platform as a mandatory curriculum for its instructors.
DigiLEAD is an innovative e-learning platform that aims to upskill the adult sports coaches’ competencies to develop digital transformation strategies and support the instructors and athletes to improve their digital skills and competencies. DigiLead offers a comprehensive and interactive course that covers topics such as communication and collaboration tools, social media ads, data analysis, nutrition and hydration, performance tracking, and wearable technologies.
ATILIM’s decision to implement DigiLEAD is motivated by its vision to empower its instructors with the latest knowledge and skills in leading with technology. ATILIM believes that by using DigiLEAD, its instructors will be able to enhance their digital literacy, creativity, and collaboration, as well as to foster a culture of lifelong learning among their members.

ATILIM’s existing instructors will start using DigiLEAD from January 2024, and will complete the course within six months. Upon completion, they will receive a certificate of digital leadership from DigiLEAD and will be able to apply their learning outcomes to their teaching practice. New instructors are also requested to present their certificate to be able to start teaching.
